Job description:

Mantu is searching a Project Manager that will support our Payroll Department.


The person will be working on strategic projects with high impact on French perimeter and, on the long term, also on worldwide perimeter (current effective: 5000 payslips per month in 46 different countries).


The main challenges will be:

  • Ensuring correct payroll software's implementation and managing the relationship with the provider on French scope
  • Leading from scratch the implementation of a new provider at an international level
  • Harmonizing payroll processes at a worldwide level
  • Professionalize our payroll processes by automatizing the tasks and by coordinating with IT and finance teams
To achieve successfully these objectives, our project manager will be in charge of:

  • Managing budgets, schedules and reviewing regularely the scope of the projects
  • Developing, maintaining and revising requirements and proposals for assigned projects (including project charter, specifications, organization, timelines, funding and staffing) with providers and internal clients
  • Ensuring a complete description of project results, expectations and success criteria
  • Setting and tracking project milestones
  • Establishing and implementing project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
  • Collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
  • Conducting risk assessment for assigned projects and implementing the needed mitigation plan.

Required skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience on HR & Payroll tools on French market
  • Experience in payroll tools benchmarking and integration
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Ability to motivate their team and different project people to complete a project in a timely manner
