Sales Administration and Logistics Manager - Bordeaux, France - Lim Group

Position based in Wellington, Florida, USA.
Full time (40h), Monday to Friday, no remote work accepted.
Direct manager:
office manager.
Staff: 10 people.
Education:
Bac+2/3.
Experience: 3 years minimum.
DUTIES:
Supervises sales administration. Guarantees service to customers and sales representatives.
Supervises logistics. Ensures proper stock-keeping and shipping procedures.
In this role, you will be in charge of:
- Managing, supporting and leading your team in a positive and thrilling environment
- Developing your team (recruitment, training, skills' development etc.)
- Tracking and analyzing performances (KPI)
- Making sure your department is 100% efficient and spotting, identifying issues (if any) and proposing solutions, improvements.
- Implementing projects or processes to optimize quality
- Operating all the tasks of sales administration department (processing, shipping, processing/receiving) and all the tasks of logistic department (shipping, receiving, inventory).
- Managing disputes with customers, sales team, or employees.
- Working and communicating with all departments
