Scope
Device management is a strategic pillar in Ingenico supporting the growth of the Android ecosystem.

Across the Ingenico group, the terminal management systems support the different phases of the lifecycle of payment devices including installation, configuration, and maintenance.


As Device Management Product Manager, you will lead the current global device management system of Ingenico deployed among the largest customers of Ingenico and be key leader in the transformation of the terminal management solutions coupled with PPaaS.


You will work closely with Ingenico sales & marketing, product and technology teams, and clients to drive an effective product roadmap and maintain and develop an excellent customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Drive your products and focus on customer experience with executable market and business requirements, endtoend user journeys and feature requirements.
  • Create and manage your product roadmap, prioritization, and ensure consistent execution of the product lifecycle process from ideation to launch.
  • Be the product champion on your area internally, including to be the voice of the customer, and externally with the customers and the partners.
  • Be a leader, thought partner, and an integral part of a team of high performing product managers.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Experience / Skills

  • You have, at least, 8year experience on a similar Product Manager role, with a computer science, information technology and/or engineering education background. An additional degree in business is desirable.
  • You can demonstrate significant handson experience in product management of complex products from discovery to delivery with a track record of developing and executing a product vision based on deep understanding of customer needs.

Technical skills:


  • You have some experience in some type of device management (e.g. Mobile Device Management and/or IoT Cloud Platform) and embedded software products, which may include software for payment terminals and/or mobile (android/iOS).
  • You are familiar with cloud platforms.
  • You have a strong technical background with a proven ability to entertain highlevel architecture and drive APIbased products.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

  • Keen to work in an Agile/SAFE environment.
  • Strong team spirit, supportive of others' contributions.
