You'll get the opportunity to

Support People business partners in all HR related processes (onboarding, promotions, internal mobility, training, etc).
Participate to HR projects (school relations, brand image, DE&I, talent projects, engagement survey, etc).
Support on labor law topics : prepare workers' councils meetings, health & safety committee meetings, collective agreements' negotiation. Support in staff representatives elections preparation. Prepare labor law updates based on legal changes.

Key skills

Preparing a master's degree in HR or labor law
1st training or apprenticeship in human resources
Organization, rigor, good verbal and written communication, curiosity,, flexibility
Ability to interact in English in written or orally
Pack office master
