THE ROLE:


Under the direction of the HO Logistics Business Process Owner, you will be in charge to plan business projects in accordance with the defined roadmap and governance and to ensure the job tasks are undertaken to the company standards and project related requirements.


You will be communicating with stakeholders across the company, including agents, business managers, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear, and the vision is aligned with business objectives in order to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the products.


You will lead and follow up business projects, evaluating interim results and their effect on achieving overall goals with regular reporting.


You will be in charge to animate the Logistics agencies network (CMA-CGM ILS BPE Network) and ensure with this network coordination the business processes are applied.

You will provide expertise and guidelines in your domain area as continuous improvements.

This job position is located in Marseille Head Office.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordination of Logistics Product owners team

Develop a strong and trust relationship with business end-users

Animate the agencies network

Translate in a common and understandable language the accurate business request towards IT Teams and vice versa

Ensure proposed solution satisfies the business requirements/needs

Understand local practices and help harmonize equipment processes

Coordination of solution testing, testing done with the support of Logistics experts

Coordination of deployment

Coordination with Agencies Network and Business Process Owners on global process alignment

Manage all arbitrations with business units and process owners

Communicate to a broad network of agencies

Preparation of Release News

Coordination of tickets/priority with IT Team and follow up

Other tasks related to projects assigned by direct manager


PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Higher Education

  • Postgraduate degree (+5 years)
Minimum 5 years with CMA CGM or leading experience in another company.

Strong business experience in shipping/logistics

Strong experience in project management.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Able to work in a cross-cultural environment.


Critical thinking to determine the validity of project progress, applies ongoing analysis to the project, maintains objectivity, integrates the project with cross functional objectives.

Self-driven and proactive, capacity to take initiatives.


Execution - incorporates time management principles into work flow, employs strong organizational skills; drives for results, schedules and timelines; drives scope development and management.


Decision Making - collects and structures the available data impacting project; conducts scenario analysis, makes timely decisions based on facts and needs.

Technical competence to understand and integrate appropriate project tools (good PC skills, MS Office).

Incline to understand IT logics / wording.

Continuous process improvement oriented.

English proficiency
