  • The EMEA events and clients' relations project manager supports the deployment of the Client Engagement VIC strategy across the store network at regional level. Constantly liaising with Retail Managers and Store Managers and external suppliers, s/he supports store teams by fostering a VIC mindset and implementing omnichannel client engagement events and activities. S/he will support with the implementation of new events formats and analysis of VIC data.
  • How you will contribute_
  • Build holistic Client Knowledge and manage client data, analysis and insights
  • Support store teams understanding client segmentation, KPIs and ROI on initiatives.
  • Track and measure the quantitative/qualitative impact of all actions/events.
  • Implement Omnichannel Client Engagement strategy instore
  • Help to develop a privileged relationship with clients.
  • Help to animate stores by sharing best practices and success stories from other regions/stores to build a clientoriented mindset.
  • Travel and coordinate events execution.
  • Define Client action plan per store with targeted actions (ex. product launch, store openings )
  • In collaboration with Retail Managers / Store Managers, help to define Client Action Plan (events, onetoone initiatives), help to select the initiatives' targets (listing, client selection), help to coordinate with suppliers, store teams and Buying/VM team.
  • Build in strong collaboration with store teams.
  • Follow up on initiatives.
  • Who you are_
  • 5 years' minimum of similar experience in Retail Luxury or Event production agency with strong industry connections.
  • Efficient event's organizer with an ability to work independently in a changing and multitasking environment with numerous and challenging deadlines.
  • Strong customer service orientation and delivery focus and an active commitment to continuous improvement and quality standards.
  • Able to conceive and drive messages and projects forward.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills and comfortable working in a fast paced, handson, growth orientated work environment.
  • Business oriented, confident in managing database/figures, and conducting data analysis.
  • Excellent skills in Excel/Power Point are a must and overall strong computer skills.
  • Fluent in English and French, another language would be an advantage.
