Mobilize Lease&Co will develop usage-based solutions that include increasingly flexible leasing offers, as well as fleet management services through vehicle connectivity.
Mobilize Lease&Co's new offers will be progressively extended to several countries in Europe and Latin America, to retail customers, small and medium fleets large accounts as well as mobility operators.
Mobilize Lease&Co's aim is to reach a fleet size of 1 million vehicles by 2030, compared to 350,000 today.- As a LeaseCo Financial Controller within the LeaseCo Finance Department, you will oversee the financial activity for a portfolio of LeaseCo subsidiaries, provide financial insight and serve as the lead financial resource for the LeaseCo Finance Director and the LeaseCo Management Committee.
- Main missions- Reportings: Commercial and financial reporting implementation and evolution;
- Analysis: Commercial and financial performance monitoring;
- Forecasts: Budget, Rolling Forecasts and MTP processes coordination;
- Financial efficiency and compliance: assessment of the quality of local processes and controls;
- M&A processes: country support regarding M&A financial topics (Business Plans, valuation, Delegation of Authorities);
- Transversal topics: Operating Lease (OPL) pricing, Residual Value, OPL financial benchmarking;
- Detailed Missions
- Reportings: Ensures that the adequate commercial and financial reportings are implemented at a timely manner, in order to monitor all the necessary KPI on the LeaseCo perimeter;
- Analysis: Performs a monthly analysis of the commercial and financial performance of his perimeter of LeaseCo subsidiaries. Formalizes the main highlights, risks & opportunities and action plan proposal during the monthly LeaseCo Performance Committee;
- Forecasts: Coordinates and challenges the forecasting processes (Budget, Rolling Forecast, MTP) with the countries of its perimeter. Provides assistance for the central setting of country KPI targets;
- Financial efficiency and compliance: Ensures that the financial processes and associated first level controls are well implemented and maintained in the subsidiaries of its perimeter. Identifies and recommends any potential operational efficiencies.
- M&A processes: supports the local teams on the financial side of the M&A processes, by providing assistance in the challenge of the Business Plans, the review of the valuation methods and the coordination of Delegation of Authorities processes with Corporate LeaseCo, Mobilize Financial Services Head Quarter and OEM;
- Transversal topics: Provides assistance and financial inputs in the setting of OPL pricing and Residual value. Updates on an annual basis the benchmark of the main OPL companies (LeasePlan, ALD, Arval, Leasys...) based on the financial publications;
- Cooperations with Brands/Countries/Internal and External Customers
- Brands: OPL Pricing, procurement conditions, OEM Budget process, Mobilize finance team;
- Countries: performance reviews, forecast processes, M&A processes, delegation of authorities workflows;
- External Customers: M&A processes, OPL benchmarking, accounting firm, auditors;
- Internal Customers: MFS Treasury, Accounting & SAP, Controlling, OEM M&A team (DOF);
