    Nous sommes en recherche d'un Expert Pharmasuite

    Orléans

    Missions:

    • Provide Level 1, 2 & 3 applications support for Pharmasuite (Serialization Module) and Tracelink
    • Manage helpdesk tickets in alignment with ITIL standards
    • Provide an internal workaround while working on resolution
    • Find root cause of critical incidents with impact on business
    • Participate in the Pre-Operations verifications and commissioning phases activities
    • Interacts with thirdparties and teams to find solutions to issues and fix tickets
    • Participate actively in the updating of application's documentation linked to support activities
    • Ensure 24/5 application support coverage.

    Profil :

    Technical Skills :
    Pharmasuite MES (serialization), Tracelink, C#, .NET, SQL (Or similar technologies)


    Education :
    Bachelors in computer science or related field or equivalent experience;
    Should be good in French and English languages.
