\uD83D\uDCC4 JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • The HRIS Projects & People solutions Partner ensures:
  • Monitor/Manage the deployment of projects (HRIS or Data): Coordination of teams (users, HR, HRIS & Data team), management of project committees, definition of planning, preparation of user acceptance test specifications and test cases.
  • User assistance : Definition and animation of training sessions, drafting of user manuals, followup of new requirements and requested developments, repository documentation
  • HRIS documentation and communication
  • Support (level 1 &2) assistance and administration of HR IS tools.
  • He/She works on Workday modules & participates in all HRIS projects.
  • The different Workday modules deployed at Veepee : HCM, Payroll, Learning, Absences, Expenses, Talent & Performance.
  • The global team reports directly to the Group HRIS, Data & Projects Director.

\uD83C\uDFAF TASKS:


  • In a context of HRIS transformation, the HRIS Projects & People solutions Partner will be in charge of:

1/Cross functional project management:


  • Monitor the deployment of projects (HRIS or Data): Coordination of teams (users, project managers), management of project committees, definition of planning, preparation of user acceptance test specifications and test cases.
  • User assistance : Definition and animation of training sessions, drafting of user manuals, followup of new requirements and requested developments, repository documentation
  • Write the complete configuration documentation and processes needed
  • Board presentation of projects and related concepts + HR Followup
  • Postproject support
  • Manage invoicing for team and project service providers

2/Change management & documentation:


  • Create and update a One Pager bank FR + ENG
  • Writing of the Workday administration guide, including all user guides and best practices.
  • Writing and updating of decision trees for managing contracts, fixedterm contracts and promotions, CW management, employee transfers and contractual changes.

3/Data Quality Management:


  • PMO role : Preparation and organization of workshops with the HR,
  • Analysis of companyspecific practices and their impacts (to readjust their practice) with the support of legal / admin knowledge
  • Production of project monitoring and steering tools: project context, scopes concerned, next steps, project schedule, RACI, etc.
  • Creation of a data dictionary to be implemented and writing of project documentation such as DQM processes and REX...
  • Preparation of decision support for the definition of data batches to be cleaned
  • Writing of Business test scenarios (tests book)
  • Preparing for implementation through Sandbox testing, supporting the HR during test phases
  • Coordination of the implementation of new cleaned data,
  • Followup action plans
  • Set up data quality controls

4/(20% of the job's activity) Configuring / Modifying BP in Workday (Level 1 or 2) & Run assistance:

  • Troubleshooting of tickets generated by HR on a dedicated scope (N1-N2) for Workday and people doc
  • Support following the launch of HR cycle projects and activities (merit campaign, end of year conversations etc.)
  • Q&A documentation
  • Creation of a Workday knowledge base for the HRIS team. Posting on google Drive.
  • Reassess business needs and write functional specifications
  • Analyze business feedback (depending on the project) to ensure consistency with HRIS developments.
  • Example of 1st level configuration :_
  • BP correction support or inhancement.
  • Entity creation, Cost Center creation, organization creation

\uD83D\uDC49 MUST HAVE skills:


  • You have ideally minimum 2 / 3 years of WD experience with a strong experience on presentation,
  • Your organization enables you to manage several projects simultaneously,
  • You have the sense of customer service and enjoy helping others.
  • You are reconnize for you strong communication & presentation skills
  • You are comfortable with advanced Excel functions and enjoy analysis.
  • You have good knowledge of HR processes and have a proficient understanding in the administration of HRIS (support & set up), and english skills (oral & written).
