The Operational Analytics Manager is part of the Business Service Team and will work with the Lead analyst to ensure timely execution and completion of all regular operation KPIs to give visibility of performance to the operations leadership team within region.

You will also coordinate with every department, meet with managers, and assess their work processes to support them in process standardisation and technology adoption.

Where there are deficiencies, you can suggest changes and prepare reports for executive and operations managers. You'll also support to drive continuous improvement and performance driven culture. You'll be part of the workforce management process to help operational managers plan resource based on commercial forecasting. You'll then support in ensuring teams have enough resource through our global production network to manage the workload.

This position is required to work flexible business hours to accommodate schedules of stakeholders in the various geographies
This role reports into Director, Business Service


Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results:
.Support the business service team to provide analytics for the region and ensure the Operations team receive accurate, insightful and actionable information in a timely manner
.Support the business service team on the implementation of and oversee Performance Driven Culture in the assigned region by ensuring compliance to PIP and Rewards & Recognition programs
.Support managers on a regular basis to identify development opportunities and evaluate their team's performance based on OTD, Utilization, Quality and Efficiency.
.Establish and maintain performance dashboards for all managers leveraging lead analyst
.Ensure all operational reporting requirements are met and are in alignment with global standards
.Lead and execute assigned Business Transformation and Strategic Projects in collaboration with global and local functional Operations, technology, and other support teams, in a timely manner, and achieve all project goals and objectives
.Lead effective adoption and utilization of prescribed technology and drive automation, standardization, and efficiency throughout the value stream
.Support the business service team implement a robust resiliency plan in the region to ensure effective workforce management, cost and overtime optimization and maximum utilization of resources across sites, while meeting client needs
.Ensure managers are effective and proactive capacity planning in collaboration with Sales, Operations and Human Resources team to ensure reliability of service delivery to clients and scalability as required
.Work as the regional representative with the enterprise data team and drive improvements in reporting
.Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and help teams implement changes effectively. Engage and work with teams throughout the organization to drive deliverables
.Ensure performance data monitoring is done on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by the production teams
.Communicating operational achievements
.Leading projects


Supporting tasks:
.Review and analyse KPI reports measuring productivity, utilization, quality and on-time delivery;
.Ensure workflows and processes are implemented and followed;
.Participate in client meetings if needed;
.Grasp every opportunity to develop the business by team working and innovation.
.Complete any ad hoc tasks assigned by management


Performance Management:
.Timely completion of performance management documents
.Help identify top and bottom performers on time for proper management
.Monthly employee engagement activities by Operations


Requirements:


University Degree or equivalent:
Process Engineer, Business & Management degree or similar.
5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in packaging industry
English and French proficient
Disciplined, Strong organizational skills
Problem Solving mindset, with attention to details
Results Driven and Assertive
Strong Leadership skills, drives engagement and motivation amongst staff
Ability to work in fast paced environment, and handle pressure and tight deadlines
Great presentation and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Mature, independent with leadership quality
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), experience in Power BI an asset
