Finance Business Partner to Group COO and Heads of Corporate/ Global Functions (ExCom members)

  • Operational Global Functions: Quality & Procurement
  • Corporate Global Functions: Finance, HR, Legal, Communication, EHS
  • Corporate HQ Functions: General Management, Strategy, Commercial, TPO, CTO
  • In order to optimize transverse controlling processes while addressing short term priorities & reporting lines on specific functions, the portfolio of functions will be distributed within the HQ Team (with some functions will report directly to the Head of Finance HQ, Pdt Line VPs). Similarly, transverse projects can be allocated to the Group Function Controlling teams (e.g. Real Estate business cases)
Finance Lead for Transformation and Integration projects

  • Specific focus on Synergies embedded in Function 3Y Delivery Plans
- including but not limited to the Global Shared Services program

  • Rationalization of function grouplevel initiatives (e.g. Make or Buy) in line with Group reporting capabilities
Direct and indirect management of the Function Controlling team

  • Dedicated controlling team covering the functions allocated to the Head of Group Function Controlling
  • Functional drive of the other function controlling teams (including Product Lines)
  • Function drive of the Alstom Holdings Controller (transformation initiatives as well as consistency of the Corporate Fees process)
Key member of the Global Business Performance team supporting cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement. Notably by covering the following (non-exhaustive)

  • Specific focus on harmonization of Costbase across legacy entities (primary stakeholder: Finance Transformation MD)
  • Group Cost Allocation of HQ functions (statutory & managerial views primary stakeholders: Transfer Pricing Director and Group FP&A Director)
  • Impact assessment on Group competitiveness including impact of fees on Kp/ Knp (primary stakeholder: Group Operation Finance)
