Your Mission:
Supporting the Community Relations Team, the Ops Excellence team is the central team that is responsible for improving the overall efficiency of the Department by executing the strategy through the creation of projects, the implementation of new tools and processes.
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager dedicated to this central team and directly reporting and working with our Head of Operations Excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serving as the Project Management Office (PMO) for the Community Relations Department, streamlining project processes, aligning stakeholders and ensuring the completion of each project
- Contributing to the definition of the Department strategy by defining the key milestones and projects that will shape the team roadmap and improve our member experience with Support
- Leading and coordinating new projects from creation to completion: conceptualization, business case development, implementation, and postimplementation review
- Preparing and presenting insightful reporting on the status of ongoing projects, focusing on their performance metrics and overall business impact
- Delivering analytical reports in order to derive actionable insights and take strategic decisions
- Identifying and capitalizing on automation opportunities to reduce costs and processing times, resulting in enhanced user experience and increased operational effectiveness
- Collaborating closely with our Tech Care team for their implementations, as well as with other stakeholders within the organization
Your Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of professional experience in project management acquired in a consulting company
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent analytical skills and strong decisionmaking skills based on data analysis
- High level of autonomy and proactivity with a solutionoriented mindset
- An entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating ownership and initiative in addressing business needs and driving project success
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with upper management/ senior management/ executive committee
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
