YOUR MISSIONS

Diagnose then build and steer the Continuous Improvement roadmaps of the France and UK Operations (Production, HSE, Quality, Demand & Supply Planning, Procurement & Purchasing, Inventory Management, Customer Delivery, Repair, New Products Introduction) and expand the approach to other Sites of the Group
Prepare the Operations integration of any new activity developed by the Group
Drive the Carbon Footprint Excellence plan across the Group
Deploy the newly defined S&OP (Demand & Supply Planning) ecosystem across the Group beyond the pilot Site and Product line (France & Beds), starting with the UK Sites and Product lines
Run analysis of the Group industrial footprint, including the Suppliers' base, to optimize the Gross Margin & Cash equation while maintaining the stateoftheart standards of HSE, Quality and Customer Service

YOUR PROFILE
You are a graduate of an engineering school, and you have a strong interest in the Healthcare industry and the growth models of European SMEs and LBOs?

You want to pursue your career in Operations (supply chain, production, purchasing, CSR, etc.), you like the agility of a start-up and the structure of a larger group?

You are both curious and humble, you are particularly fond of working in multicultural teams and you have a very good level of autonomy?
