We are looking for a QSSE Specialist from October to end of January, in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier.



Your main responsabilities:


  • Follow up of internal and external assessments (ISO November 2023)
  • Review and update integrated management system documents (mapping of processes, processes, procedures, operating procedures, etc.)
  • Support teams with specific documentation needs: identify the need, write the document according to the internal model, test or have the procedure tested and have it validated by the appropriate manager
  • Integrate thefullyfledged health and safety management system into the management system (creation of documents, procedures, communication of these procedures to the persons concerned, etc.)
  • Organize GFD events to develop safety and QWL
  • Ensure the followup of the QUALIOPI certification processes of the training center
  • Contribute to the evolution of the local intranet by framing theneeds (which documents? How do I organize folders and folder accessibility? )
  • Contribute to the updating of the Grundfos France webpage (on the QSE part)

Your background:


  • BAC + 4/5 in QSE management system study or similar
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45 001, ISO 14 001, ISO 50 00
  • Master the tools of the office pack (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Professional English required
  • A first experience in a company is a plus
