This is a great opportunity to join our legendary community and support the Quality Manager to maintain a robust and compliant Quality Management System, capable of consistently shipping safe products that comply with finished product specifications, in compliance with Group requirements (QMSR), current quality certifications such as ISO 9001, BRC, IFS and existing regulations.


By ensuring compliance with Quality, Safety, Environment and Energy rules, our procedures and our internal operating procedures you will replace the quality manager in case of absence, replace or assist the Quality Assistant in case of need or absence in online quality controls, quality observation tours, traceability tests or other operational tasks and provide support as needed the finished products quality laboratory in controls and tests.


Main responsibilities in scope include:

  • Assist in updating dashboards, including EMEA reporting and developing effective quality reports for better communication.
  • Organize the recovery of quality data recorded in the PASS system
  • Product Acceptance Software System and analyze them.
  • Ensure that basesheet and finished product specifications are up to date as well as in PASS
  • Highlight specific trends in customer/consumer complaints and make them visible to operational teams.
  • Assist during qualifications and trials periods.
  • Participate in Quality Management Reviews preparation.
  • Management of nonconformities:
  • Work with the quality manager on the management of nonconformities. Coordinates problemsolving sessions to identify root cause and drive improvement.
  • Implements actions resulting from the various audits and regulatory requirements.
  • QNC/

CAPA:
Initiate, monitor and review QNC/CAPA recorded in EtQ

  • Train and mentor staff in the use of CAPA or QNC modules
  • Facilitate QNC/CAPA Review boards.
  • Supplier and material management.
  • Participate in HACCP risk analyses and lead them.
  • Carry out internal audits and assist the quality manager in external audits.

About You

You are a self-starter, with dedication, passion, and commitment to "make it happen''. You can work effectively towards multiple deadlines and excellent attention to detail skills are your strengths. You have noticeable communication skills. As you will work closely with our global Operations and Quality teams communicative English is essential.


You have good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and Mastery of different methodologies specific to the position: Risk analysis, problem solving, quality engineering.

You are proficient in key systems such as MS Excel.
