Reporting to the Senior Accountant in Board France, you will work alongside the local team - Country Manager, Sales, Professional Services, Finance and HR departments - as well as international stakeholders within the company to manage processes of General Accounting, Financial Statement, Financial & Management Reporting, Invoicing, Customer order, vendors, VAT and Treasury, HR Admin.


Main duties:


  • Manage Account Receivables (e.g. Customer invoicing and Credit collection)
  • Manage Account Payables
  • Participate into Monthend close by monitor accruals, revenue recognition and GL entries
  • Assist the Finance & HR manager in producing the monthly and yearly reporting
  • Take part into the yearly audit
  • Participate into various internal project as part of the Finance Department growth

What we look for:


  • B.Sc or M.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other relevant field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Deep knowledge of Excel; previous experience with ERP NetSuite Oracle would be ideal
  • Proactive attitude
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Great timemanagement and organization skills to handle multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
