    We are currently on the hunt for some superstar GOs in our Club Med resort in Asia (not in Australia).

  • Assure the application of Club Med quality standards, as well as hygiene and safety rules, including the maintenance of our heritage in relation with our hotel and leisure services of which you are in charge
  • Gather and coordinate your team around one objective, attitude and behavior appropriate with the Luxurious range that we offer in Club Med
  • Stimulate the profit results of the hotel and leisure services of which you are in charge of
  • Be responsible for the following-up, control and application of the local legal standards in the sector that you are in charge of
  • Support chief de village to maintain good relationships with the local authorities
  • Identify the needs of other team members in order to assist improving their competences and assign them in the suitable training
