How You'll Make an Impact

  • Delivering outstanding and professional service,remotely or onsite, in key categories, e.g. maintenance, repairs, engineeringand consulting, advanced services, extensions, upgrades and retrofits,installation and commissioning
  • Arranging the travel using SE Tools and preparingall needed materials, documentations, including final technical reports
  • Exceeding customer expectations by understandingneeds, also identifying and developing potential sales and businessopportunities.
  • Suggesting product and process improvements withinthe business to enhance operations and customer service

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma in electromechanical/electricfield or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience as field servicetechnician, preferably on power transformers sector or electrical substationfield, with a track record of maintenance, repair and retrofit works, includingability to perform electrical LV tests
  • Ability to act as the lead on field projects havinga collaborative, solutionsoriented approach, while communicating clearly andprofessionally to stakeholders
  • Must have a valid driver's license and ability totravel both in Italy and abroad (60% of time as minimum)
  • Languages: Italian, English. Knowledge of otherlanguages as a plus.
