We're looking for a Sales Manager Multi Regional Accounts (MRA)


As Sales Manager MRA, you will be responsible for strategic governance of multi regional accounts as well as negotiating and establishing framework for multi regional deals.

You will contribute in Go To Market approach for new products and services of EVBox and closely collaborate with Regional Sales Teams.


About the positions:

We are looking for both a Sales Manager MRA and a Senior Sales Manager MRA (depending on your experience), based in Amsterdam, Bordeaux or Paris (flexible).


Your key responsibilities will consist of:


Leadership:

  • Implement strategy and organization plans and work processes
  • Continuously coordinate commercial activities with other departments
  • Coordinate the transfer and securing of commercial and product knowledge

Sales:

  • Manage strategic multi regional partners and customers, develop and maintain strategic account pipeline, create crossand deepsell opportunities
  • Qualify, negotiate and establish framework for multi regional deals
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with partners/customers and ensure their longterm satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Team and follow up of the sales pipeline for key strategic accounts
  • Identify objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short
- and long-term sales and margins

  • Liaise effectively with the inhouse sales team, marketing, administration, operations, and peers in the Commercial organization
  • Report on the sales results timely and proactively advice on the forecast of sales
  • Help optimize the sales process

Knowledge:

  • Act as a solution expert (HW, SW and services) on the competitive landscape and act as the primary solution evangelist in the appointed sales domain
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Commercial Leadership team on preferred GTM for EVBox Solutions
  • Continuous EVBox Solutions Knowledge transfer and improvement

Requirements:


Qualification/Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree
  • 35 years of experience (Sales Manager MRA) or 58 years of experience (Senior Sales Manager MRA) in Sales and Key Account Management
  • Experience in industry(/ies) combining sales/delivery of both hardware, software and services
  • Proven ability to identify and implement best practices in Sales
  • Maintain personal effectiveness and focus under pressure

General skills:

  • Strong sales acumen
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Structural and strategic thinker
  • Fluent in English and French (oral and written) is a must and additional knowledge of other European language will be an advantage
  • Curiosity for technology
