We are looking for a Tunnel Washing Machine Operator for our Kalhyge Colmar unit.

Your responsibilities:

• Operate the washing tunnel(s) with care by:
• Simultaneously supply finishing stations in the clean zone, following the scheduled pace without interruptions
• Rationalize the use of washing equipment in terms of energy (water, gas, electricity)
• Meet the client's needs promptly
• Adjust the pace and scheduling in real-time based on unforeseen events: production line stoppage in the clean zone, interrupted supply of sorted dirty laundry
• Know and follow industrial procedures and best practices: start and stop the washing tunnel, daily washing checklist
• Perform defined 1st level maintenance on-site
• Respond to alarms and malfunctions through equipment computer interfaces: washing tunnels, presses, dryers, shuttles, product dosing system, aerial conveyor for slings
• Record individual productivity reports

Profile

Position Requirement: BAC or BAC PRO or equivalent experience. Completion of Washing Machine Operator training.

Job Content: Choose from several operating methods and resources available to achieve expected results in a specialty field. No hierarchical responsibility but involvement in welcoming and training other employees. 3-month adaptation period.
