What you will do

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner role, you will be partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract and acquire top talent to support Stryker's organizational needs.

This is a full-cycle recruitment role part of our Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE).

Recruit

Leverages existing sourcing strategies
Contribute to Social Media efforts and positively promote Stryker's brand
May utilize the services of employment agencies with approval from Recruitment Manager

Advise & Lead

Listen to and understand the needs and motivations of all stakeholders
Provides input for hiring team's advice and guidance on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends and best practices in close collaboration with Recruiting Manager and more experienced TA Partners
Communicate consistently and proactively to ensure alignment
Tactfully drive the hiring process to meet aggressive KPIs

What you need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Previous businessfacing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or rolerelated experience preferred
