OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Main responsibility for client relations and management including project management, strategic consulting, aligning expectations, securing resources, budgets, and deadlines, and driving the client assignment towards set objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop channelindependent, overarching concepts, and activations in close collaboration with your teams
  • Developing and implementing communication strategies, ideas, plans, and assets
  • Daily implementation of press and influencer activities including proactive, senior media and influencer relations to secure visibility for clients
  • Guest management and event production, in collaboration with our Global Brand Experience team
  • Responsibility for internal client teams including planning, briefing, delegation of tasks and time plans, coaching, feedback, and followup to ensure the best possible results, client satisfaction, and profitability
  • Proactively engage in new business sourcing for the agency through proactive reach outs, developing pitch presentations, and handling negotiations

QUALIFICATION AND PERSONAL QUALITIES

  • Relevant postgraduate or professional degree within for example marketing and/or communication
  • 5 years or more experience within communication and operative marketing, including experience working with brands across categories, both on a local and international level
  • Experience and competence in brand strategy, team management, and budgets
  • Strong knowledge of the French and European media landscape with a wide network across segments and channels
  • Interest and knowledge within digital and social media including proven capabilities in developing and executing social media campaigns
  • Analytical and presentation skills that you swiftly transform to project documents and presentations.
  • Solutionoriented and flexible individual who grasps opportunities
  • Passion for the creative industries combined with knowledge of current trends
  • Fluent in French and English
