It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, in order to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices.

Within the Group, Group Controlling is responsible for performance monitoring.
Its objective is to coordinate a regular dialogue with the entities in order to deliver to the Group Management Committee of AXA information on the financial, operational and strategic performance of the entities.
Group Controlling is made of 4 Regional Heads (or Head of Poles) based in Paris and Hong Kong, under the supervision of the Head of Group Controlling.
Group Controlling is working in close collaboration with local top Management (CEOs, CFOs, Heads of Controlling) and Group central functions (DCFG, PBRC, GCD, GRM, IR etc.).
Support the team in the preparation of financial analysis for monthly reporting and forecasting exercise, notably by preparing appropriate dashboard.
Help the team on one or several transversal process (e.g., budget preparation, strategic plan, STIC assessment, target setting).
Take the ownership on the Net Promotor Score (NPS) calculation process over the year.
Help build new reporting / analysis tools for transversal topics to be monitored by the team.
Support the team in providing management presentations and regular update on business performance.
Support the team in discussing with entities about performance reports and forecasts.
Participate in ad-hoc analysis on business / financial topics including benchmark with external competitors, analysis of market trends, review of specific strategies.
Votre ProfilEducation:
Top Business or Engineering school or master's in finance or strategy
Fluent in English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (writing / speaking)
Ability to a work in a multicultural environment with people with diverse backgrounds and cultures
Ability to organize effectively, always remaining effective whilst maintaining excellent attention to quality
Ability to take initiatives
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of VBA would be preferable.
Understanding of finance and reporting principles would be preferable
Experience:
Work experience of 1-2 years in Financial Services would be preferable
Good understanding of the insurance industry is a plus
