Job Description:
Reporting directly to our CPO, you will lead all our workplace activities globally (Paris, Bordeaux, São Paulo, London,.) with the objective of making it a key element of employees' engagement/retention.
You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe, well functioning and cost optimised.
You will lead a team of two Workplace managers, and be the main point of contact for global Workplace initiatives, which will require high collaboration with our Deezer's leadership.
What you will do:
- Implement Workplace vision and strategy, reflecting company & business priorities
- Deliver Workplace initiatives, including large scale projects, through rocking star collaboration with employees & senior stakeholders
- Make effective decisions and ensure prioritisation, managing budget & delivering on financial targets
- Deliver a safe, secure, and inclusive work environment in line with legislation by providing excellent standards of workplace accommodation and highlevel services for all staff and guests
- Proactively manage real estate, tenant leasing and property management
- Develop and inspire workplace managers to become ambassadors of Deezer culture
- Social Responsibility mindset in every decision we take and how to bring it alive in the day to day initiatives
Qualifications:
This role is excellent for you if:
- You have 10+ years of Workplace/Facilities experience in a dynamic industry
- You have experience managing populations under flex office environments (mix remote + on site)
- You have led complex projects and developed/ implemented programs that drove out cost efficiencies, powered by your knowledge of local legislation related to leases and facilities management
- You are a leader who inspires workplace teams and organisations to deliver extraordinary results
- You have held both operational and strategic roles,
- You are a strong negotiator with a problem solver & global mindset
- You have managed budgets
- You are fluent in English and French
