Role Overview:

As a
Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Apprentice, you'll play a pivotal role in realizing this mission.

You'll have a significant impact by strengthening our data analytics efforts and contributing to the attraction and recruitment of our next generation of talent, while also helping to cultivate an ecosystem for employee growth.


You'll be part of an
Integrated Talent team, collaborating closely with key partners from Organizational Intelligence & Development, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture, and Engagement.

Under the guidance of the Head of Talent Acquisition Global Hub France and the Global Head of Talent Management, you'll interact with a diverse network of stakeholders across various functions and geographies.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition (50%):


  • Design tailored recruiting approaches in collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet recruitment demands.
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion in selection decisions and build relationships with talent communities.
  • Promote Ipsen's brand on campus and act as a brand ambassador internally and externally.

Talent Management, Learning and Development (50%):

  • Support the preparation of quarterly dashboards on Talent Management and Learning & Development (L&D) through data analytics.
  • Conduct adhoc analyses to identify Talent Management and L&D gaps and priorities.
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of annual Talent Reviews and Development Planning campaigns.
  • Coordinate career events, including the Global Career Event Month 2025, across divisions and geographies.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and prepare materials to ensure successful event execution and communication.
  • Master's degree ideally in Management, HR, Data Analytics, or Project Management.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and using data for decisionmaking.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and goal orientation.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and open to innovation.
  • Previous internship experience in HR is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and French.
