What will I be doing?:

Full responsibility for the correct and smooth management of our Paris hub located in Gennevilliers, including staffing, sorting operations, fleet management and stock control.
Management of a large team of 30+ operatives on site.
Supervise the hub delivery operations and manage the relationship with transport providers.
Help to track and achieve our hub KPIs (site quality, delivery, safety metrics), ensuring performance levels are hit and maintained.
Consistent effort and proactivity to improve daily operations and the worklife conditions within the hub.
Carry out analyses of operational performance for internal teams, clients and main stakeholders.
Deliver documentation and ensure highquality reports to be used in the whole team.

What do we need from you?:

5+ years working experience within warehouse management.
Solid track record as a team leading/supervisory role in the logistic / delivery / supply chain environment.
Leadership skills, able to coach and develop members of staff to create and empower a highperforming team.
Excellent communication skills, able to manage diverse complex stakeholders (transport providers, internal teams, external clients ).
Great organizational and planning skills.
Effectively able to deliver projects and implement operational improvements through a large team.
Perfectly fluent in French (written and spoken).
