Omexom has developed a Knowledge Management strategy to capitalize, enhance, and spread knowledge and know-how within its network of 23,500 employees in 38 countries and with its customers.

This global program is based on the development of Omexom Institute training facilities in various countries (France, Germany, Brazil, Africa, etc.), the deployment of the e-learning platform, the inventory of our network skills, and the organization of learning expeditions.

As a digital learning trainee, you are in charge of:

  • Creating e-learning modules (generic or specific topics)
  • Updating existent modules
  • Monitoring knowledge management methodologies and tools on the market
  • Spreading pedagogical methodologies / giving pedagogical advice within the network
  • Developing content creation tips for the network
  • Managing LMS
  • Training local content creators / local LMS administrators to upgrade their autonomy
  • You have experience using authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360) and LMS.
  • You are familiar with other content creation tools such as Vyond, Canva and Adobe software.
  • As our network is international, you should be willing to travel in and out of France and be able to speak several languages (mandatory English and French).
