Missions:
For the past ten years, solar photovoltaic energy has been experiencing exponential development, professionalization of practices and increased interest from historical energy players who are investing massively.
Solar Energy Business Development - Intern M/F.
- Analyze growth potential in selected target regions, identify key customers, quantify potential sales volumes,
- Formalize analysis in the form of regional market studies,
- Assist sales teams in following up sales development and prospecting efforts,
- Consolidate order intake and sales figures for monthly reporting,
- Analyze and monitor the opportunity funnel, and followup with prospects,
- Track inbounds and convert into opportunities,
- Assist sales teams in managing communication with agents, customers, valueadded resellers, and integrators,
- Assist sales teams in managing requests for proposal,
- Contribute to a systematic "win/loss analysis" of Vaisala's successes and failures on each opportunity, and make recommendations to improve sales performance,
- Carry out competitive intelligence, by analyzing the communication of our main competitors,
- Participate in the preparation of international trade shows and events, and support teams as needed.
Profil:
Currently studying for a master's degree or equivalent in business. You are looking for a 5- or 6-month internship.
You demonstrate good abilities for teamwork with sales colleagues and you have already performed an internship with focus on international sales.
- Knowledge and technical skills_
- International sales process, sales techniques,
- Ability to collect, summarize and report information, dashboard preparation,
- Fluent with MS-Office suite and CRM (Salesforce, Oracle )
- English, fluent, minimum B2level, with excellent written skills,
- Any additional language is a plus (Spanish, German for example)
- Interpersonal skills_
- A good listener and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze the needs and the technical requirements of customers and develop new relationship.
- Selfmotivated, determined, and wellorganized team player with a positive attitude towards customer service.
