Created in 2007, Streum On Studio Paris has a total love and passion for the development of solo and cooperative FPS, tinted with immersive sim.

From our beginnings as an indie garage studio, we kept the fluidity and flexibility, but above all our priority is to design games with a strong artistic identity, and an original and nervous gameplay.

+ Responsibilities**Streum On Studio is looking for a talented producer to strengthen our team, and participate in our new cooperative FPS, on Unreal Engine 5.

Main missions:

Ensure compliance with project publication schedules and delivery of milestones on time and with the expected quality.
Help the team overcome obstacles, improve communication and generate a high level of focus.
Ensure team members are focused on goals, milestones and quality.
Create and update schedules and tasks, ensure progress is communicated.
Manage sprint stage objectives with team leaders.
Manage the budget of subcontractors, and manage deliveries.

+ Requirements**Required Qualifications:

3 or more years of experience as a producer or similar in the field of video games.
Experience of managing interdisciplinary teams.
Strong leadership skills.
English proficiency.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in game development and understanding of FPS game production.
Experience on released project(s).
