Mission:


HR Employee Administration and Payroll Coordinator is in charge of Nissan Automotive Europe SAS (NAE) employees related to all administrative tasks during their relationship with the company, from recruitment and onboarding, to payroll support.


Main tasks and responsibilities:

Your will be responsible to manage the administration related to the entry and exit of employees with contracts, amendments, leaves and other administrative tasks, including international mobility assistance to employees in their administrative procedures:


HR Admin:


  • Drafting of employment contracts, amendments, secondments
  • Operational management of expatriates' files (tax, social security, immigration, package calculation)
  • Time schedule and leaves followups
  • Supervise our HR shared services (GPS)
  • Definition and creation of management/monitoring tools

Payroll:


  • Supporting Payroll manager in monthly payroll control cycle, including profitsharing and Merit increase implementation
  • Compensation & Benefits (conducting compensation studies, developing and monitoring a compensation database)

Projects:


  • Realization of studies and specific missions
  • Participation in international development projects (ie : electronic signature)
  • Legal watch

Background Experience:


  • Bachelor or Master's degree
  • 5 years of professional experience in personnel administration international mobility and/or labor law issues in an international environment
  • Skills and knowledge in labor law topic preferably in the metallurgy industry
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Dynamic, creative, proactive
