Description

What you'll be doing:


As a CRM Content Specialist you'll be a key member of the European CRM team, responsible for the end-to-end execution and on-going development of our 'Always On' CRM activity.

As part of a European team you'll have the possibility to brainstorm with colleagues from other markets to share learnings and quick wins.

You will continue to explore and implement new tactics to drive incremental and sustainable value to our existing customers.

How can we best utilize our existing database and customer segmentation to work towards a more personalized experience? Which tests can we run to figure out how, when, and through which channels these customers want to be approached? This is what you will focus on through the execution of on-going creative and data-driven testing.


Key tasks include:

  • Support the CRM Manager with the development and planning of ongoing 'Always On' content calendars
  • Report on the performance of 'Always On' activity from a channel and sales perspective and identify opportunities to further optimize
  • Ideate, prioritize (with wider CRM team), and implement A/B tests to validate opportunities
  • Work with our internal creative studios to create new visual assets for our 'Always On' activity

A day in the life:


Profil

  • You have a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing/communications or comparable training
  • You already have 13 years of professional experience in digital marketing, also in the context of an internship
  • You like to work independently and have a real handson mentality to help maximize the revenue of our loyalty and CRM operations.
  • A willingness to learn and 'Get it done' attitude ensuring you focus on solutions and workarounds
  • Are a team player and with excellent communication skills
  • Strong written & oral communication skills in English and French, skills in other relevant languages (e.g. German, Dutch, Danish) will be regarded but absolutely not required
  • You are confident in using the current MS Office suite
Skills / experience with HTML, CSS, SQL and Selligent (or any other CRM tool) will be regarded, but are not required
