High level role summary:
Role and the responsibility baseline are the one of a
Global Account Executive/ Manager.

Lead will be reporting to Group IT Finance and Procurement leadership, and will be in charge of a large, global and demanding internal clients:
Capgemini Finance and Capgemini Procurement


Key Responsabilities:

Some specificities of this Role, Responsibility, and about the Context:

  • _ Role_: Relationship management role is facing a pretty wide network of Capgemini senior stakeholders: Global CFO, Global CPO, local CFOs/LFDs, Local CPOs, Group related business owners (e.g. Global Business Processes and tools, Business Controlling, Treasury ), GIT leads interfering with Finance and Procurement, etc.
- _ Context:_ the one of a large starting transformation cycle (OneFinance), starting in 2024 with UK deployment Pilot.


Special attention associated to this:

critical parallel run of legacy systems over the next years, plus complex dependencies with both other legacies and other transformations (PXCELL, GTM, GTD ).

- _ Responsibility_: Contributing to success through constant dialog with a wide set of executives is probably the key driver and the key success factor in front of this responsibility_._
- _ Various_ additionals: While expected to be based in Paris area, France, close to core client network, this job requires an international IT/business experience


Core qualities expected:

strong sense of network management, good empathy while keeping a demanding attitude within an executive environment, facilitation skills, quality of communication and reporting.


Qualifications:

Some specificities of the job

  • Main difficulty would probably be the size and the complexity of the network of stakeholders, all of this being seen as perfectly achievable by an experienced Global Account Exec/Manager. Leveraging a known Capgemini network would be a plus.
  • Most of the business stakeholders are in Paris. A Paris area based BRM lead would be a plus.
  • In parallel, most of the GIT involved leaders are in India. An international background taking this role and responsibility feature in account would be a plus.
Q4/23 'as is' major tasks and responsibilities - non limitative for the future, esp.

since incorporating more and more Group transformation aspects:

  • Regular meetings with all core business leads, while respecting various company organization specificities of interests (Exec forums, BUs, SBUs, GBLs )
  • Assessing, measuring and reporting value across all stakeholders
  • Setting and overseeing actions aiming increasing this value by all possible proactive and inventive ways,
  • Tracking core actions, superseding key programs, enlighting end to end potential risks/issues and ensuring associated mitigation strategies,
  • Being proactive in conflict resolution when occurring,
  • Managing a high level roadmap intending easing communication and alignment across stakeholder network
