What you'll do & learn

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Contribute on recruitment strategy & onboarding efficiency
Manage end to end recruitment process (from kickoff meeting with manager to offer acceptance)

Culture & Employer Branding:

Animate HR initiatives to increase employee experience
Embrace Pelico's culture by seating our Employer Value Proposition

HR management:

Help on human resources policies, procedures, contracts and participate in creating harmonized standards across the different countries
Support Managers 'community & Pelicans on requests & day to day HR tasks
Contribute in HR tools deployments & evangelization
Work on HR KPIs followup

People Growth & Performance:

Contribute to the performance review cycles (promotions, salary increases, and bonuses) every semester in cooperation
Work on learn & growth path per department with associated training plans

What you embody

Preparing a Master Degree Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong analytic mindset: you project the result, you build the path
Business sense, autonomous, good communication and highly energetic
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in French & English
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
Organized, detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
First HR experience is a plus
