- Souscrire des affaires nouvelles et gérer votre portefeuille en conformité avec la politique de souscription, les autorités confiées et la stratégie, dans le respect des délais de réponse agréés avec les courtiers / clients ;
- Prendre en charge le renouvellement du portefeuille confié en appliquant la politique tarifaire du groupe et en prenant les décisions qui s'imposent pour pérenniser la rentabilité du portefeuille ;
- Effectuer une surveillance du portefeuille attribué existant par rapport aux tendances du marché et proposer des actions correctives, lorsque nécessaire, en vue d'améliorer la croissance et la rentabilité du portefeuille ;
- Travailler en bonne coordination avec l'ensemble des équipes techniques, commerciales, juridiques, de gestion, marketing et des sinistres ;
- Tisser et maintenir de bonnes relations commerciales chez les courtiers.
- Participer, concevoir, animer des réunions et des formations techniques auprès de nos partenaires courtiers et/ou clients ;
- Participer à de nouvelles initiatives de développement de produits.
- Jeune diplômé.e d'un Master en Droit des Assurances, ou d'une école d'assurance (ESA, ENASS, ...)
- Vous avez eu une première expérience dans l'application des garanties RC
- Vous aimez le contact humain et vous souhaitez développer votre sens commercial
- Faisant preuve de curiosité, rigueur et proactivité
- Esprit d'équipe
- Vous maîtrisez la suite bureautique Office 365
- Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
