**Job Description**:
We are looking for a **Vendor Sustainability Manager W/M **whose main goal is to implement Amer Sports Vendor Social Labor (VSL) program to mitigate supply chain risks and create positive social impacts, and support the implementation of the FLA Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing throughout the entire Amer Sports supply chain

**As a key member of the Amer Sports Supply Chain - Global Sourcing Team, you will be in charge of**:

- Ensuring suppliers understand Amer Sports Ethical Policy monitored under the VSL program and that they remediate any non-compliances in timely manner
- Providing pre-audit trainings to suppliers and auditors on social labor audit program (major focus on hardgoods material and component suppliers)
- Scheduling social labor audit according to VSL audit program framework
- Reviewing audit reports to ensure report quality
- Conducting remediation visits and coaching suppliers to develop corrective action plan (CAP) on non-compliances
- Conducting shadow audits to suppliers to ensure audit quality
- Maintaining audit database and tracking the CAP status
- Handling workers' complaints according to Amer Sports grievance procedure
- Gathering living wage information and develop supplier wages dashboard
- Analyzing compliance data and suggesting improvement activities

You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Vendor Sustainability.
- Directement rattaché(e) au Senior Manager, Vendor Sustainability, vous avez pour objectif principal de mettre en œuvre le programme Amer Sports Vendor Social Labor (VSL) afin de réduire les risques de la supply chain et de générer des impacts sociaux positifs et d'aider à la mise en place du Code de conduite FLA (_Fair Labor Association_) sur le lieu de travail, les principes de Conditions de Travail Equitables ainsi que le Sourcing Responsable sur l'ensemble de la chaine logistique d'Amer Sports._

**_ A cette fin, en tant que membre clé de l'Equipe Supply Chain - Global Sourcing d'Amer Sports, vous aurez pour missions de_**_ :_
- _ Vous assurer que les fournisseurs corrigent toutes les non-conformités dans le respect des délais et qu'ils comprennent la Politique Ethique d'Amer Sports pilotée via le programme VSL_
- _ Réaliser des formations pré-audits auprès des fournisseurs et des auditeurs concernant le programme d'audit social
