The EMEA Early Career Talent Acquisition team directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and program management of graduate, apprenticeship and MBA Hires.

The Senior Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for analyst program recruitment.


Key responsibilities:


  • Partner with internal business stakeholders on setting the talent acquisition strategy
  • Manage the endtoend talent acquisition delivery of local Western Europe Internship hiring requirements
  • Provide additional recruitment support, where required, to EMEA (Europe, Middle East& Africa) analyst and internship programs
  • Partner with the EMEA Talent Attraction and Engagement team on local Early Career hiring attraction events and activities
  • Attend Early Career events where appropriate
  • Ensure best practice and fully compliant recruitment processes are followed
  • Screen applicants, plan and host interview days, assessment centres and other relevant selection/offer events
  • Attend and lead the assessment centre discussions with the relevant business stakeholders
  • Train the supporting screening teams to ensure a clear understanding of analyst/associate profile and criteria is achieved
  • Review and innovate processes and procedures when identified to improve efficiency
  • Act as a credible business expert on Early Career talent acquisition market trends
  • Be involved with wider EMEA talent acquisition projects and initiatives

Knowledge / Experience:


  • Recruitment experience required ideally within an early careers function or agency
  • Understanding of the banking industry and culture an advantage
  • Experience of managing multiple client stakeholders
  • Fluent French and English speaker
