Description

As a PMO Lead within our dynamic IT team of 400 professionals, you will be instrumental in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our in-house software development for a prominent financial institution.

Your role will focus on establishing and maintaining a robust framework for capturing and utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance our operations and communication.


Key Responsibilities:

KPI Framework Development:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive framework for collecting KPIs from each team within the IT department.
  • Ensure the framework's adaptability and scalability to align with evolving project needs and organizational growth.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Analyze the internal KPIs to identify areas requiring attention and improvement.
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

Communication Enhancement:

  • Develop and oversee a communication strategy within the IT teams centered around KPIdriven insights.
  • Standardize communication protocols to ensure consistency and clarity in messaging.

Quality Assurance in External Communication:

  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all communications delivered outside the IT teams.
  • Establish and maintain a process for regular and adhoc reporting, ensuring timeliness and relevance.

Workshop Management:

  • Organize and lead weekly 'Project at Risk' workshops.
  • Facilitate discussions, identify risk mitigation strategies, and ensure followup on action items.

Transformation Facilitation:

  • Act as a key facilitator in driving transformations within the IT department.
  • Utilize insights from KPIs and 'Project at Risk' sessions to guide and support change initiatives
