Job description:
Rattaché(e) au Responsable RH du périmètre, et en lien avec la direction du site, vous êtes le (la) référent(e) RH de l'usine de Château Gontier (département 53) sur l'ensemble des sujets RH, pour accompagner les projets industriels et le développement du site.

A ce titre, vous gérez les sujets RH opérationnels : embauches et intégrations, intérim, administration du personnel, communication interne, réponses aux questions RH des collaborateurs, accompagnement des managers, etc...

Vous appuyez le/la RRH du périmètre Opérations sur les procédures disciplinaires et les relations sociales.

Vous soutenez également le déploiement de la politique et des campagnes de développement RH: recrutement, sécurité-santé & bien être, lancement et suivi des campagnes de Talent Management (entretiens annuels, entretiens professionnels, etc..), Vous participez à la construction et suivez le déploiement du plan de développement du périmètre.

Job qualifications:
De formation supérieure dans les ressources humaines ou Droit Social (de type Master 1 ou 2), vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie d'au moins 2 ans dans le domaine des ressources humaines, idéalement dans le secteur industriel.

Autonome, volontaire et force de proposition, vous maîtrisez l'ensemble des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Vous démontrez de bonne capacités d'analyse ainsi qu'un excellent relationnel.
