  • Master's degree in finance or economics;
  • Relevant experience in project finance / direct investment in the infrastructure / renewables sector;
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills. Deep understanding and comfort with cash flows, IRR, NPV calculations;
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly, in both oral and written forms;
  • Capable of advancing multiple work streams simultaneously, autonomy
  • Fluency in English, experience working in multicultural / multisite environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for a Financial Advisor include the following tasks. Other duties may be assigned on a need basis.

  • Actively contribute to and support TotalEnergies' growth and ambitions of TER sector;
  • Build financial modeling for TER projects to assess the projects' economic profitability. Propose financial optimizations to increase projects' profitability.
  • Maintain current internal financial models;
  • Work with all external advisors / and internal divisions of the Company (notably tax and accounting, legal );
  • Produce internal committee presentation (financial statements, economic, sensitivities) to senior management in relation to internal committees' decision;
  • Assist more senior members of the team on all other project finance related tasks (due diligence, loan documentation ) and on the negotiations with (potential) Equity partners;
  • Regularly share experiences and knowledge with the team to continuously improve the quality of investment management and transactions completed;
  • Contribute to improving Company's performance by promoting collaboration and teamwork;
  • Work on a crossfunctional basis with other teams of the Company

We are looking for a talented, committed and entrepreneurial Structured Finance analyst.

The Structured Finance Team is responsible for:

  • the definition of the financing strategy for TotalEnergies Renewables Projects (TotalEnergies Renewables International, TotalEnergies Renewables Distributed Generation and Offshore Wind)'s projects;
- actively contribute to the early positioning, marketing, and bid submission for greenfield / and single asset M&A processes for renewables projects;
- raise the required debt financing to partly fund its developments / acquisitions; and
- advise on equity strategies / and execute partial equity divestments - equity rotations.


You will be assigned to new opportunities coming to the Structured Finance team, technology agnostic (Distributed Generation, Utility Power plant, Offshore Wind projects or even hydro).
