Job Description:

You work in the Talent and Culture Engagement & Digital services department with the main responsibilities to set-up, manage and drive process improvements and expand HR efficiencies; to drive organisational digital transformation and ensure our talent and culture strategy aligns to and supports our changing business strategy in Accor.

Your main accountabilities are:

Accountability 1:

Ensure delivery of T&C digital services solutions to the hotels (36 countries, ~ 3300 hotels) and support offices (17 countries, ~1,500 talents).

Educate and give full autonomy to all stakeholders by training, animating, and supporting launches of new/current digital solutions

i.e., Engagement, Global T&C services platform INES, Corporate CORE-HR ONE-HR for HQs employees, etc.

Manage billing, contract agreement creations, and all administrative tasks required under the SLAs

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATION / COMPETENCIES:

Strong experience in project management and Digital exposure
Experience in Human resources and payroll are an asset
French Law legislation knowledge
Learning and Development knowledge is a plus for digital solutions launches with Multicultural and International workforce

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Information about the position

Our offices are located in Issy les Moulineaux & offer a modern working environment with a relaxation area and services (gym, hairdresser, concierge, postal service, s...) for a successful Talent Experience
We have set up a work schedule of at least 2 days per week in our offices and the rest of the time you can work from a hotel, a coworking space or from your home.
This contract is permanent and you are entitled to the following benefits: collective profitsharing, participation, meal ticket, etc.
