My professional journey began at Avantor, where I served as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, I handled customer inquiries, managed logistics for both B2C and B2B transactions, and addressed concerns and queries, establishing myself as a top Customer Relations Associate. Following this, I worked as a Multimedia Marketing Specialist, excelling in photography and cinematography. I acted as an all-in-one package, leveraging my skills to standardize and enhance the brand image for the company.

After completing my master’s degree, I undertook a six-month internship at Drop! as a Marketing and Communication Intern. In this position, I was responsible for communicating product launches, maintaining the brand’s social presence, and creating and automating communication tools using a CRM system.
