Entrusted with collecting information and selling a new tobacco alternative. The product was still very experimental and the company was keen to make improvements and introduce it to the British market. 

Duties: 

Speaking to customers eight hours a day to find out what they were enjoying about the product. 

Encouraging customers to re-order if they were enjoying the product so far. 

Sandemans New Europe - Covent Garden 

Meeting Point Manager July 2020 - September 2020 

Arranged tours and liaised with customers in the booming centre of Covent Garden. I was required to speak three languages and ensure that customers’ needs were adhered to consistently. 

Duties: 

Ensuring that tour guides were always aware of their obligations and communicating effectively with them. 

Providing a welcoming and friendly service to customers who may have been experiencing London for the first time. 

Selling future tours to prospective customers in their required language.
