Hi, I'm Amine, I’m currently enrolled in the Master in International Finance at RENNES School of Business (FT 2022 ranking - 23rd worldwide) in apprenticeship, working at Altice Group in Paris as a Financial and Managerial Controller. I am passionated about Literature and Art, but what I like the most is talking about history and geopolitics.

Reflecting on my academic and professional journey, I take pride in my extensive education in international finance acquired at the Rennes School of Business and Grenoble École de Management. These prestigious institutions have deeply rooted in me a comprehensive understanding of finance, corporate finance, exchange markets, and other key business concepts.

My professional expertise is shaped by significant roles in diverse internships. At Altice Group, I excelled as a Corporate Financial Controller, where I scrutinized turnover and spearheaded long-term projects that required seamless coordination between departments. My stint at Christian Louboutin in Geneva was instrumental in developing my proficiency in treasury back-office tasks, including FX trading and bank statement oversight. As an intern at Ford Motors, I led the charge in financial analytics and was responsible for critical monthly accounting reports post-pandemic. My time at Royal Air Maroc was a formative experience in understanding marketing strategies and providing support to the Business Advisory Manager.

My role as a Hult Prize On-Campus Deputy Director at the Rennes School of Business and my responsibilities as a partnership manager for the GemFinanceSociety have not only honed my leadership skills but also fostered my ability to work collaboratively.

My linguistic abilities span across French, Arabic, English, and Chinese, with a conversational level in Spanish. I pride myself on my data and financial analysis skills and my proficiency with various trading tools. My journey has also refined my public speaking skills and nurtured an open-minded perspective, allowing me to embrace diverse viewpoints and challenges.

At Christian Louboutin in Geneva, my role as an intern in the Treasury Back-Office was a pivotal step in my professional growth. My primary responsibilities encompassed foreign exchange (FX) trading on forwards, swaps, and option deals, requiring a strong analytical mindset and a precise attention to detail. I was in charge of validating back office tasks on the TMS Diapason & FXALL Trading platform, which refined my technical skills and provided me with a nuanced understanding of the trading systems.

Monitoring bank statement imports and payment file uploads through FIS GETPAID CashApp was another critical aspect of my role. It demanded vigilance and an ability to navigate complex financial software, ensuring that all transactions were recorded accurately and in a timely manner. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to be part of the negotiation process with banks for a significant $60M deal, which was not only a testament to the trust placed in my capabilities but also a hands-on experience with high-stakes financial negotiations.

This experience at Christian Louboutin was more than a mere internship; it was a challenging adventure that allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical, fast-paced environment, broadening my understanding of global financial operations and strategies within the luxury sector.
