  Creating business plans (market study, financial analysis, strategy development).
• Assistant Project Manager at Publicis Conseil - management of the Seb Group account - July-December 2021
  Conducting market research, benchmarks, competitive intelligence, brand strategy reflexion.  
  Coordinating international teams (Japan, Egypt), monitoring compliance with guidelines. 
  Leading projects: teams management (strategic planners, creatives, media agency, production unit), client relations, budget (€100k on average per project) and administrative follow-up.
