I have 4 years of experience in luxury hospitality, after working as a F&B hostess for InterContinental-Hotel Dieu Marseille, France, I found myself as guest experience manager at Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara, Malaysia. Back in France, I was guest relation executive for 6 months at Sofitel Marseille Vieux-Port. I have learned how to understand personal needs of customers so that I can provide them with the most fulfilling experience. I developed my ability to listen to others, to anticipate and to solve problems. But above all, I have learned how to work under pressure and manage a team of more than 20 people.
