Bain and Company (3 years): 

Successfully delivered 15+ consulting projects for diverse clients (investment funds, waste & water management, consumer goods, aerospace), addressing strategic diligence, post-acquisition value creation, growth strategy, manufacturing excellence, and cost optimization.

• Participated in a 3-month project for an aircraft manufacturing components company :
oPhase 1: Supported the CFO during negotiations with a major client, modeling plant-level financial impacts of production rate scenarios to inform strategic decision-making.
oPhase 2: Conducted a comprehensive analysis and benchmark of the company’s SG&A costs, resulting in actionable insights to reduce overhead expenses.

•Managed the PMO function for a 4-month transformation project with a global sugar processing company, orchestrating 45+ parallel workstreams across nine support functions. Ensured seamless coordination, adoption, and delivery of milestones toward a €50M cost reduction objective.

•Developed a Generative AI proposal for a leading french sports retailer, identifying concrete use cases for customer engagement (personalized advisors, marketing boosters) and internal efficiency (procurement automation, HR assistants). Suggested a pilot on the procurement function to enhance efficiency and spend control, with a roadmap for scaling across support functions.

I hold a double degree in Engineering from ESTP and in Business from ESCP Europe, combining strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of management and strategy
