Actuellement en dernière année du Master of Science en Corporate Financial Management de SKEMA Business School. Je suis je suis à la recherche d’un stage de fin d’études.

Mon objectif étant d’évoluer dans le secteur de la M&A, votre offre de stage me donnerait l’opportunité́ de déployer correctement mes compétences. Ainsi, ces raisons, couplées à ma soif d’apprendre, m’encouragent à vous envoyer ma candidature.

Au travers mes études j'ai assisté à des cours pertinents, tels que les fusions-acquisitions, les méthodes d'évaluation d'entreprise, et Private Equity qui m'ont équipé des méthodologies requises pour analyser et synthétiser avec succès des informations financières importantes.

En plus de mes cours pertinents, mes différentes expériences passées m'ont donné une excellente opportunité d'utiliser mes connaissances dans le monde réel. Par exemple, mon expérience de travail chez Samaha Audit m'a permis de développer un fort sens de la gestion du temps et de prendre des responsabilités en étant autonome. De plus, mon stage à la banque Crédit Libanais m'a permis de travailler avec une équipe diversifiée de personnes et d'être en contact constant avec les clients quotidiennement. Suite à cette expérience, j'ai eu le plaisir de suivre un programme d'apprentissage à la Banque centrale du Liban. J'ai ainsi perfectionné ma capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement d'équipe et j'ai appris à favoriser des relations positives avec mes collègues, ce qui a été essentiel pour atteindre des résultats réussis. De plus, je cherche constamment des opportunités pour m'améliorer en apprenant une quatrième langue (italien) et des langages de programmation (Python).

In my previous role at Samaha Audit, I was responsible for bookkeeping activities on a daily basis. This included analyzing financial transactions and assigning them to specific accounts, writing journal entries that debit or credit the appropriate amounts, posting entries to ledger accounts, and adjusting entries at the end of each accounting period. In addition, I also engaged in tax return filling for corporations and individuals, dealt with social security and tax control, and audited cash flows to ensure proper accounting.

During my time at the Central Bank of Lebanon, I attended training sessions that provided information on the main functions of the Central Bank of Lebanon, its history, and how it was established in 1964. I learned about how the BDL issues or buys USD from banks in order to keep the LBP pegged to the dollar, as well as how it issues or buys Treasury Securities to stabilize the economic and monetary situation. I also learned about the inter-relation between banks and how they settle their payment through the RTGS and other systems.

Furthermore, at the Credit Libanais bank, I assisted in processing loans, including filling applications and ensuring contact endorsements. I interacted with more than 20 customers per day and promoted 5 of the bank’s products, participated in around 30 account opening processes, and teamed up with my superiors to get an overview of all the bank’s products and their main features. I also observed teller’s operations (deposits, withdraws) and assisted in the end of day closure.

In my academic and professional journey, I have had the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills in various domains related to finance. Some of the courses I have taken include Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity, Corporate Valuation Methods, Capital Structure and Dividend Policy, Investment and Corporate Banking, FinTech, and Financial Risk Management. These courses have allowed me to develop a thorough understanding of the intricacies of financial decision-making in various settings.

In addition to the courses I have taken, I have also developed proficiency in various tools and activities that are essential for a career in finance. I have extensive experience using Excel for financial modeling, and I am comfortable with data analysis using R Programming. I have also engaged in VBA activities and Python programming and have acquired skills in algorithm design. These tools and activities have enabled me to perform complex financial analysis and create financial models that aid in making informed decisions.

As I have progressed in my academic and professional journey, I have developed a keen interest in Fund Raising and Innovative Investments. This specialization track has enabled me to develop a deep understanding of the various sources of financing available to companies and how they can be leveraged to drive growth and innovation. I have also gained knowledge of the emerging trends in the investment landscape and how they are transforming the way companies raise funds and make investment decisions
