• Built a Customer Churn prediction algorithm model with model accuracy of 92% using Python scikit-learn, matplotlib, NumPy, pandas and other machine learning packages on a large customer dataset to identify the features responsible for customer dropping to at-risk of churn.
• Performed Data analysis using Salesforce Reporting on the Professional Service delivery process, identify 3 new metrics or key performance indicators (KPI) for revenue backlog, published ad-hoc reports for customer success operations team & management.
• Applied ETL, SQL joins and Data visualization techniques to create an organized Customer health scorecard on Customer Success management tool Gainsight. This process of organizing the scorecard also involved automating certain scores to assist better data-driven decisions making and deeper insights about the customer.
