• Assisting in all the tasks required by the analysis, valuation, and client approval processes
• Registering new deal opportunities and keeping track of the investment pipeline
• Drafting NDAs and indicative offer letters
• Visiting the assets
• Managing the due diligence process
• Preparing analysis of selected investments and providing valuation estimates with business plans (DCF)
• Updating and improving financial models
• Analyzing and writing of preliminary and final investment memorandum
• Participating in Investment Committees and assisting with writing the minutes
