Holding a master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from Neoma Business School, I have developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills through various experiences in the financial sector. At Valthena, a strategy and management consulting firm, I actively contributed to client projects, demonstrating my ability to grasp complex information and deliver clear and concise reports and presentations. My project management experience enables me to effectively prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines. Additionally, I have coordinated the entire project lifecycle, from proposal requests to post-deployment reviews and change management. My experience at African Global Investment and Legrand SA has further strengthened my financial analysis skills. I actively participated in due diligence processes, valuation modeling, and business plan development. My experience in the Corporate Development / M&A team at Legrand SA was particularly enriching and directly relevant : I had the opportunity to work closely with strategy consulting firms such as McKinsey, EY-Parthenon, and BCG during acquisitions, primarily in the context of due diligence. Besides my financial expertise, I possess strong communication skills, fostering productive relationships with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, I interned as an analyst at a restructuring fund, Sapaudia Partners, where I became familiar with the highly demanding and unique environment of Private Equity. This experience at a first-team fund allowed me to quickly develop skills and responsibilities and to discover the various aspects of the analyst role, from sourcing to closing, including financial modeling and presentation production throughout the process

During my time at Legrand SA, I was actively involved in M&A activities. My role included conducting financial analyses and due diligence for potential acquisitions, collaborating closely with senior management to evaluate strategic opportunities. I also assisted in financial modeling and the preparation of detailed reports to support decision-making processes. This experience allowed me to develop a robust understanding of the M&A lifecycle and enhanced my ability to work effectively within a global, multicultural environment.
